Course Augmentation Proposal Form

In certain cases, honors students may satisfy honors course requirements by taking a non-honors course individually augmented for honors credit. The augmentation should involve an individualized project with a significant writing component. It may involve laboratory or field research or a performance. The augmentation project must be agreed to by the student and the instructor and be approved by the Honors Director. In some cases projects may be over and above normal course requirements; in others they may be an augmentation of an existing requirement. Completion and submission of this form is the responsibility of the student. See the augmentation instructions for further guidelines.
