BIW Week 9

Basics of Imaginative Writing (BIW) is a group designed to encourage creative responses to writing prompts.  This is the only on-line activity group that does not require attendance, but instead requires you to complete the prompts within a week’s time.  Even though this is an online group, it should still take about an hour to complete.

ATTN: Please submit responses to kwood3@lhup.edu by Thursday at 5:00pm. No late responses will be accepted. Please do NOT attach responses to emails-copy and paste from your document into email format!

Make sure to fully complete all prompts to the best of your ability by the required minimum lengths or your submissions will not be accepted.  Submissions that show significant lack of effort will also not be accepted. (Remember: This is an Honors group- please use correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.)

Week 12:

1.  Tell us your family’s Thanksgiving traditions.  Who comes?  What do you eat?  Do you do anything after the meal?  Tell us your typical Thanksgiving day from start to finish.  (Minimum of 1 page)

2. This is the time of year most people feel thankful for the people in their lives. Complete this sentence: "The nicest thing anyone has ever done for me was..." Explain why this person and situation was so special to you. (Minimum of 5 sentences)

3. Make a list of things that you are thankful for... include at least 15 things that you are thankful for.
