- To obtain a Birth Certificate for children born other than
Pennsylvania, you can obtain a replacement by contacting the Department of
Health of the state in which the child was born. The Department of
Health has information for each state at:

- To obtain a copy of a Marriage License, a replacement from the
County courthouse of the county in which the marriage ceremony was held.
