| Responsibilities: |
The successful candidate will perform
moderately complex clerical work involving the typing
and processing of documents in a variety of
functions. |
| Specific Duties: |
|

Ø |
Answer and redirect as required phone,
email, and mail inquiries related to the PA
Program; |
|
Ø |
Review and reply to routine program
correspondence and dispose of other
administrative details as directed; |
|
Ø |
Assist in budget tracking for the cost codes
within the Physician Assistant Program; |
|
Ø |
Prepare all travel arrangements and
itineraries for faculty and staff; |
|
Ø |
Interview, select, supervise and enter time
for student employees utilized by the
Physician Assistant Program; |
|
Ø |
Organization and maintenance of all program
and student files; |
|
Ø |
Assist in the preparation of interactive
testing materials and surveys for student
modules; |
|
Ø |
Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint
presentations for guest lecturers for the
program; |
|
Ø |
Order all supplies/equipment for the program
at the Harrisburg campus as well as other
locations as directed, both administrative
and classroom instructional; |
|
Ø |
Balance monthly credit card statements; |
|
Ø |
Assist faculty and staff in establishing and
maintaining cooperative working
relationships with accreditation agencies
and organizations, hospitals and clinics
(including federal and state facilities),
physicians' offices and other departments
and organizations; |

Ø |
Assist with composing and editing of grant
applications; |
|
Ø |
Maintain data on all PA students; |
|
Ø |
Assist with the admissions process. |

| Qualifications: |
|
|
Ø |
High School diploma; |
|
Ø |
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products,
SAP,and E-Time; |
|
Ø |
At least 6 months of clerical experience; |
|
Ø |
Ability to operate general office equipment; |
|
Ø |
Work within a diverse population of faculty,
staff, and students, and handle confidential
material. |
