Performance Funding 2012-2017

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) has developed and adopted a new framework for Performance Funding Measures to support the strategic direction of the system.  The framework and individual measures were developed by a committee consisting of faculty and staff from all system universities as well as representatives from the system office.

The new system is broken down into three groups with links to the measure within the groups:

1. Success of students

2. Access to education opportunities

3. Stewardship of resources

Each university will be evaluated on 10 measures, five mandatory and five optional.  Below is the breakdown:
