Performance Funding: Success Measures

Measure 1: Degrees Conferred (Mandatory)

Pennsylvania estimates that 57% of the population will need post-secondary credentials by 2025, up from 38% currently.  PASSHE has committed to helping the Commonwealth meet this goal by increasing degrees by 6,000 by 2017.
