Dear Physics Club People,

A few of us met on Tuesday 29-Aug-00.  From this meeting and subsequent
discussion
with people the following items might be of interest to you all:

1) We are going out for PIZZA!!!
    Meet on Tuesday 5-Sep-00 at 4:30 in 222 Ulmer.  We elect officers, then
head
    out to Pizza Hut.  I am planning to contribute $30.00 to the bill.

2) PHYSICS CLUB MEETING TIME:  It looks like we will have weekly meeting
    on Mondays at 12:00 noon.  Dan is looking into getting us a room in the
PUB.  
    The first Mon meeting will be on 11-Sep-00.

3) It looks like we have some good ideas for field trips and projects this
semester.

4)A reminder about the STAR PARTY THIS WEEKEND at Cherry Springs 
   Park up on Rt 44, which is put on by the
