The Cross Box is a three-dimensional Fifteen Puzzle (ok, Seventeen Puzzle). Free movement of the 17 cubes within the cage is prevented by protruding rods, grooves, and recesses on the faces of the cubes. Manipulating a special cube to one location within the cage allows a drawer to be opened part of the way; manipulating the cube to another location allows complete access to the compartments within the drawer. A very nice box.
