Designed by Matthew Dawson and crafted by Yasutoshi Makishi (who provided design modifications as well along the way), this box was a very generous gift from Matt. The compartment is opened by manipulating three of the roof elements of the pagoda in the proper manner. A very ingenious puzzle box ... made all the more amazing in that it is Matt's first offering to the puzzle community!
