Supervised at least five online scorers during online College Level Examination Program (CLEP) scoring sessions. Ensured that scorers holistically score 100-240 CLEP essay examinations while maintaining Educational Testing Services' scoring guide standards.

As a member of the 2004 CLEP Standard-Setting Panel, was instrumental in the development of the 2005 CLEP examination. Defined the typical A, B, C & D student. Also, evaluated each exam question provided by the Test Development Committee as to whether a typical student at the B or C level would be able to accurately respond to the question.
