Annie Halenbake Ross Library – located in Lock Haven, this public library offers a wealth of area history information that includes current and back issues of regional newspapers, an extensive local history p amphlet file, and the Pennsylvania Room Collection which includes a local name index file, photo file, census information, old newspapers on microfilm, genealogies, and local and state histories.
