Please Note: Lock Haven University Students must use their Student ID Numbers to access our databases from off-campus and if your ID number is preceded by a zero, do not include it.
For example, if your ID number is 034596, then enter 34596. If you are experiencing problems getting your library ID number to work in conjunction with our library services (e.g., connecting to online databases), have you:
- Just recently received your student ID?
Although activation is usually done several times throughout the semester, there are times during the year when there may be a delay. If you suspect this may be the problem, please contact the circulation desk at 570-484-2309..
- Received a guest card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide guest accounts with remote access to our databases. You will need to use a computer located on campus to access the databases you need.
