Tara has overall responsibility for connecting library services with the academic mission of the campus, so she spends a lot of time meeting with various people on campus, talking about how the library can best meet their needs. She provides overall leadership for the rest of the library team, represents the library in consortia and professional organizations, and garners resources to help us achieve our goals.
