Meeting Time – 5:14

Voting for Officers

  • Complete the ballots

  • Winners will be announced during meeting

 

Banquet

  • Monday, April 29 at 6:30 at Dutch Haven

  • There are 31 people going (we need a final tally)

  • Dutch Haven will open at 6:00

  • An email will be sent for rides (we will meet at ZImmerli at 6:15 if rides are needed)

  • An email will be sent with the menu (we need to have an itemized list for SAS)

  • Pay the $5 for the banquet

  • We will start in the banquet room and then we can move

  • The bar will be open for drinks but anyone drinking cannot sit with anyone under 21

  • The student of the year nominations and winner will be announced at the banquet

  • Dress is casual (jeans and a nice shirt)

  • Ice Shack afterward

  • Dr. Abeysinghe wants to donate money

 

Treasurer Report

  • No money is allotted for the PCTM Conference

  • There is a new rule that they will not pay for overnight trips

  • We will need to pay for the hotel, food, and gas

  • It will be figured out

  • Special Account: $418.88

  • The money from the T-shirts goes into this account

  • Budget for next year

  • $123 for Moravian

  • $300 for the Math Competition

  • $100 for the Children’s Festival

  • $300 for speakers

 

Children’s Festival

  • We need three people to help moving stuff

  • From 11-3

 

Nominations for Student of the Year or Advisor of the Year are due tomorrow
