Join the LHU Facilities Department & America Recycling for America Recycles Day

November 6, 2012- The Facilities Department in conjunction with America Recycling day will do a one day event for recycling here on Campus for all Faculty, Staff and Students. America Recycles Day, a program of Keep America Beautiful, is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to promoting and celebrating recycling. We hope that you all take the pledge with us on America Recycles Day to help create a cleaner, greener campus here at LHU!

When: November 17, 2012 from 8:00 am-3:00 pm

All items must be sorted and not comingled. Items that can be recycled that day are cans (bi-metal & aluminum), glass, plastics, office paper (magazines, junk mail), newspaper, corrugated cardboard, batteries, all electronics (computers, printers, televisions, VCR’s, cell phones, stereo’s, DVD players), appliances, metal, used oil, and tires.
