Zumba-thon Fundraiser Scheduled for Feb. 20

Jump start progress on your new year’s resolution and join Lock Haven University’s upcoming Zumba-thon – a dance fitness party for a good cause.
The Criminal Justice Honors Society (Alpha Phi Sigma) and the Professional Business Fraternity (Alpha Kappa Psi) are co-sponsoring the Zumba-thon Fundraiser on Wednesday, Feb. 20 from 7-9 p.m. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center.
The cost is $3 per student and $5 per community member. Proceeds benefit Lock Haven’s Women’s Center and the sponsoring student groups. Free parking is provided in the white-lined spaces in the parking lots around the Student Recreation Center (no decal required). Licensed student and faculty Zumba instructors will lead the event and include:
● Dr. Katherine Pantaleo, Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
● Dr. Cori Myers, Business and Computer Science Department Chair
● Ms. Mallory Conti, Recreation Management Major
● Ms. Meghan Dashe, Communication Major
