Performing Arts at Lock Haven

The Department of Performing Arts at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania believes that an appreciation and understanding of the performing arts are a hallmark of a civilized society.

Our mission is to further that appreciation and understanding, and ensure the continuance of a tradition of excellence in music, theatre and dance through our service to department majors, non-majors, and the Lock Haven community.

We are committed to serving the needs of a diverse population, maintaining a highly qualified and professionally active faculty, and providing every student with a foundation for lifelong learning and personal enrichment through the arts.
