Summary of
Administrative and Support Program Assessment

In 2004, the Office of Planning and Assessment requested that major administrative areas complete a summary of program assessment form.  On this form, each administrative area lists primary program goals, when and how those goals are to be monitored, and expectations for performance.  This information has been provided for each area listed below.  At the end of 2004-05, each area will report results and document any changes made as a results of assessment.
