The Office of Planning and Assessment is responsible for coordinating institutional planning, assessment, and continuous improvement. The director solicits input from campus-wide constituencies to develop and coordinate institutional planning efforts that support LHU’s mission and move the University toward achieving its overarching goals. Planning initiatives relate to areas such as academic programs, support programming and services, and diversity of the campus community. The University engages in institutional and academic assessment and embraces a philosophy of continuous improvement of our programs, activities, and services.
