Portion of Railroad Street to close for LHU Physician Assistant Program’s combat medic statue dedication

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The portion of Railroad Street from 4th Street to Water Street will be closed to traffic from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, June 6.

The street closure will take place for the Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program’s dedication of a statue honoring the role of U.S. combat medics at the new LHU Health Professions building.

Parking at the lot between the Parsons Union Building and Student Recreation Center will be permitted prior to the start of the ceremony, but during the ceremony, no traffic will be allowed to enter or leave the lot.

The ceremony will commence at 10 a.m. with a planned open house and tour of the new Michael R. Greenburg Auditorium and LHU Health Professions building scheduled for 11 a.m.
