Watsontown resident earns M.Ed. from Lock Haven University

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Lock Haven University is pleased to announce that Deeann E. Bobinis has graduated from LHU’s online Master of Education program in Teaching and Learning.

Lock Haven University’s Online Master of Education program in Teaching and Learning is designed to provide in-service teachers and other education professionals with an opportunity to enhance their knowledge of instructional design, assessment, classroom management and technology integration. The Teaching and Learning Program is fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation for Teacher Education and is aligned with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Jerry Falco, Assistant Director for Graduate Admissions at Lock Haven University notes that, “The online Master of Education programs are highly desired by working educators because they can pursue their graduate education at a schedule and pace that fits the demands of their personal lives.”

Bobinis is a sixth grade math teacher in the Shikellamy School District. A resident of Watsontown, Pa., she is married to Michael J. Bobinis. Her parents are Arwyn and Katherine Reish.
