LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven University Council of Trustees voted on August 28 to recommend extension of President Keith T. Miller’s contract. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).
By unanimous vote, the university’s trustees approved the following resolution: “To recommend to the Board of Governors to extend Dr. Miller’s contract for the maximum term allowed, and to direct the Chair of the Council of Trustees to convey this recommendation to the Chancellor of the PASSHE.”
Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
System of Higher Education (PASSHE), the largest provider of higher education in
the commonwealth. Its 14 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate
programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 405,000 system alumni live and
work in Pennsylvania.
