LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Lock Haven University chapter of the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculty (APSCUF) recently recognized five LHU students at its fall picnic. They were presented with a $500.00 scholarship that acknowledged the academic excellence and extracurricular involvement of their first semester.
Students receiving awards were Michael Rocco, an accounting major from Philipsburg, Pa.; Talitha Jay, a secondary education major from Myerstown, Pa.; Rachel Garges, a Pre-PA studies major from Bradford, Pa.; Gwendolyn Grieb, a Pre-PA studies major from Bellefonte, Pa.; and Brittany Cranmer, a math major from Lock Haven, Pa.
APSCUF represents the faculty of the fourteen universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
