LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Blues musician Eli Cook will present an evening of solo acoustic blues at Price Performance Center on the campus of Lock Haven University on Monday, November 24 at 8:00 p.m. The performance is free and open to the public.
Cook is a young blues guitar virtuoso from Nelson County, Virginia. All Music Guide said, “Natural and convincing, he has what it takes to be the best blues singer of his generation."
Cook has opened for Shemekia Copeland and B.B. King and has performed at the Kennedy Center. He has been featured in Guitar Player Magazine and is listed as the No. 2 “Blues Legend in the Making” in Guitar Edge magazine. He has enjoyed many other outstanding reviews, including those by Billboard Magazine and The Edge.
