LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -The Lock Haven University Choirs will hold their final performance of the semester on Sunday, December 7, in Price Performance Center. The concert will be at 4:30 p.m., following the LHU commencement ceremonies. The public is invited to this free event.Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
System of Higher Education (PASSHE), the largest provider of higher education in
the commonwealth. Its 14 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate
programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 405,000 system alumni live and
work in Pennsylvania.
The University Choir, Cantori, the Men's Ensemble, and the Vocal Jazz Ensemble will perform choral selections from the Renaissance period through current times.
Ronald Miller, LHU director of choral activities, urges the public to attend as the choirs "celebrate the season in song." Miller added, "Price Performance Center will be filled with the Holiday Spirit as we offer our final performance of the semester, "The Gift."
Please note that the 4:30 P.M. time for this performance has been changed to allow everyone to be able to attend both Commencement and the concert.
