LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Three Lock Haven University graduate Physician Assistant students are the recipients of prestigious Nathaniel Alston Student Achievement Awards. The recipients are (pictured left to right) Chad Jackson, Heather Chidiac and Kathryn Gates.
The Nathaniel Alston Achievement Award, accompanied by a $1,000 scholarship, recognizes students for their academic achievements, work in the community and service to the physician assistant profession. The awards were presented on November 9 at the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants annual meeting and awards ceremony conducted at the Pittsburgh Hilton Hotel.
Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
System of Higher Education (PASSHE), the largest provider of higher education in
the commonwealth. Its 14 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate
programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 405,000 system alumni live and
