LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The public is invited to a free internet marketing workshop sponsored by Lock Haven University. Dr. Marlene Jensen will present “Emailing for Dollars” on Thursday, April 22 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at East Campus, 301 West Church Street, Room J-104.
Jensen, assistant professor of marketing and entrepreneurship, pointed out the value of the workshop for managers of businesses and non-profit organizations: “If you’re currently sending out emails or newsletters, this workshop is for you! Whether you want to increase traffic to your store, or increase sales or donations, this workshop will help you get more money for the same amount of work!”
Workshop topics include the following:
• How to turn visitor names into money
• E-zines & newsletter content & formats
• Types & content of emails
• E-postcards
• Learn what works and what doesn’t
• Real examples you can take and use
