LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - “Laughter can’t make our everyday problems go away, but it sure can help us to cope better!” That’s the philosophy behind a free, high energy program on stress reduction to be held at Lock Haven University on Thursday, September 23. The program will be in Price Performance Center. Doors will open at 4:00 and the presentation will begin at 4:15. The public is invited to attend. Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
System of Higher Education (PASSHE), the largest provider of higher education in
the commonwealth. Its 14 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate
programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 405,000 system alumni live and
work in Pennsylvania.
The featured presenter will be Maureen Murray, a professional speaker about stress management, powerful speaking, and balanced living.
In her presentation, Murray will offer practical strategies to create positive solutions to reduce stress. Her program will show how to use humor to deal with difficult situations, create perspective and balance in your life, unlock your problem-solving ability and help boost your immune system.
