The Pennsylvania Black Council on Higher Education, Central Region mini-conference hosted by Lock Haven University honored the late Dr. Robert Lynch, a beloved teacher, mentor, friend and leader in the university and the community. Dr. Lynch founded the PBOCHE in 1970.
