LHU welcomes Delores Lynch to PBOCHE mini-conference

The Pennsylvania Black Council on Higher Education, Central Region mini-conference hosted by Lock Haven University honored the late Dr. Robert Lynch, a beloved teacher, mentor, friend and leader in the university and the community. Dr. Lynch founded the PBOCHE in 1970. Above, LHU’s Albert Jones, assistant to the president & associate director of human resources, and Dr. Laurie Cannady, associate professor of English, welcome Mrs. Dolores Lynch to the conference honoring her husband’s legacy.
