LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - As part of the university's Homecoming celebration, the Lock Haven University Alumni Association presented Role of Service Awards to four retired employees.
Dr. Bradley M. Black, Mrs. Carolyn J. Perry, Dr. John H. Way and Dr. Craig D. Willis were inducted into the Roll of Service on Saturday, October 16. Those receiving the Roll of Service award are recognized not only for their years of service while employed, but for their continued dedication to the campus community after retirement. They support the university through the sharing of their time, treasures and commitment to provide the best educational opportunities for LHU students.
LHU Alumni Association President Allen E. Urich, '85, presided over the ceremonies and offered greetings. LHU Interim President Dr. Barbara B. Dixon presented the awards. Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
System of Higher Education (PASSHE), the largest provider of higher education in
the commonwealth. Its 14 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate
programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 405,000 system alumni live and
work in Pennsylvania.
