LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -
The Lock Haven University ROTC commissioning ceremony took place on December 11, 2010 in Sloan Auditorium. The official party consisted of Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Loren, Professor of Military Science and Dr. Barbara Dixon, President of Lock Haven University.
At the ceremony, Terrance L. Richards Jr. and Robert M. Marzzacco were commissioned Second Lieutenants in the U.S. Army.
Second Lieutenant Richards is from Philadelphia, Pa. He will be attending Basic Officer Leaders Course in Fort Gordon, Ga.
Second Lieutenant Marzzacco is from Hughesville, Pa. He will be attending Basic Officer Leaders Course in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
Lock Haven University is a member of the Pennsylvania State
