LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - They say, if you wear green on St. Patrick’s Day, you’re Irish! On March 17, Lock Haven University’s Institute for International Studies hosted an Irish luncheon featuring colcannon (mashed potatoes with cooked cabbage and onions), corned beef and cabbage, and Irish soda bread. Enjoying the food and fellowship were Trachanda Brown and Shawn O'Dell of the IIS, and Jihyun Roh, a graduate assistant from South Korea.
