“East Campus Classrooms – HVAC Replacement”, Project 409-NP. Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, part of the State System of Higher Education, is seeking bids for Mechanical and Electrical Construction.  Brief description of the project: Work included under this project consists of East Campus Classrooms – HVAC Replacement at Lock Haven University. The work consisting of two (2) Prime Contractors as specified, involves Mechanical Construction: removal and replacement of six (6) Classroom Unit Ventilators with new units, including adding condensing units, refrigerant piping, condensate drain piping, steam piping reconnections and new controls; and Electrical Construction: disconnecting and reconnecting electric services to existing HVAC units, installing new services (wire, conduit, disconnects, etc) to new outdoor condensing units. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified in the Contract Documents at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the State System of Higher Education.
