The Right-to-Know Law permits any requestor to inspect and/or copy any record prepared and maintained or received in the course of the operation of a public office or agency that is not subject to the enumerated exceptions. Should you elect to submit a bid and it becomes the subject of a Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law request, you will be asked by the University to identify all financial, privileged, confidential, and proprietary information that is included in your proposal. This information may be exempt from disclosure in responses to a request.

Lastly, no other vendors or bidders have access to your bid information.
