Registration Details

Pick-up registration form at Fitness Unlimited or Lock Haven University's Student Recreation Center

Collect donations in any amount from any willing sponsor

Bring registration form, along with $12 entrance fee (includes t-shirt), and all collected donations to event on April 2nd

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.  Don't forget a water bottle!

Event Details

Get FIT FOR THE FIGHT with 3 hours of fun, diverse aerobic routines (including plenty of water breaks)

Special Guests including: AFFA & Reebok Certified Aerobics Instructor with 30+ years of experience

Owner & Aerobics Instructor from Lock Haven's Fitness Unlimited

Member of the Lock Haven University Modern Dance Team

Registered Nurse & Health Educator to answer nutrition and fitness questions
