Leah Heald

 

Leah is a Senior majoring in Health and Physical Education and is from Delaware County, Pa. She has 3 years of aerobics experience.  " I love everything about aerobics, kickboxing, weight lifting and hiking." Leah hopes to help people reach their fitness goals and strives for a demanding workout. Her ABS class and Group Fitness class will help to tone your problem areas and help you achieve the look you've been trying for. "I hope to make you love working out!" =)

 

 

 

Megan Newnam

Megan teaches a step class at the SRC. Her hometown is York, PA.  She is a sophomore majoring in the pre-physician assistant track. Megan loves anything that allows her to be outside and work out. Join Megan for an intense 50 minutes of cardio power!

 

 

 

Jessica Flynn

 Jessica is a Senior majoring in Business Administration concentrating in management. She has 3 years of experience teaching her FIT & FIRM class. Fit and firm is a 4-day cycle class focusing on sculpting your muscles and toning your body. Each day of the week will encompass a different part of the body and cardio technique. Join Jess Monday- Thursday for this blend of step and toning!

 

 

 

Hilary Jones

  Hilary is a Senior majoring in Recreation Management with a concentration in fitness. She has experience teaching yoga and pilates here at SRC. Her yoga class will help to clear your mind and bring your body to a new state of euphoria. Her yoga-lates class will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and leave you feeling renewed!

 

 

 

 

Lacy Young

 Lacy is teaching yoga this year at the SRC. She is an Elementary Education major. Lacy has several years of yoga experience. Join her at the end of your day to erase all your class-work stress. Her yoga class will soothe your mind and open your body to a new level of relaxation. Her blend of holds and stretches will sculpt your muscles while relieving your tension.

 

 

 

Jackie Williams

Jackie is a freshman majoring in the pre-physicians assistant track. She is from Minersville, Pa. She is a black belt in karate and loves to have a good workout. Come tone your entire body and have a blast while doing it! Her classes consist of a combination of different step, leg, arm and ab workouts. Take a break from your hectic schedule and come enjoy a fun workout!
