Leah is a
Senior majoring in Health and Physical Education and is
from Delaware County, Pa. She has 3 years of aerobics
experience. " I love everything about aerobics,
kickboxing, weight lifting and hiking." Leah hopes to
help people reach their fitness goals and strives for a
demanding workout. Her ABS class and Group Fitness class
will help to tone your problem areas and help you

class focusing on sculpting your muscles and toning your

Hilary is a Senior majoring in Recreation Management with a
concentration in fitness. She has experience teaching yoga
and pilates here at SRC. Her yoga class will help to clear
your mind and bring your body to a new state of euphoria.
Her yoga-lates class will help you to strengthen your
muscles and joints and leave you feeling renewed!

Jackie is a
freshman majoring in the pre-physicians assistant track. She
is from Minersville, Pa. She is a black belt in karate and
loves to have a good workout. Come tone your entire body and
have a blast while doing it! Her classes consist of a
combination of different step, leg, arm and ab workouts.
