The Senate of the Student Cooperative Council, Inc. is a progressive government that places strong emphasis on supporting students' rights and values. This government also searches for innovative solutions to pending obstacles.

Vision Statement of the Student Cooperative Council, Inc. Senate

The Senate of the Student Cooperative Council, Inc. will develop more effective communication within its own organization as well as with other communities and individuals with which it deals. Members will become more knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities. An atmosphere of enthusiasm and devotion will be cultivated in order to create an approachable outlet to students.

The Student Cooperative Council, Inc.'s Importance

The Student Cooperative council heavily funds the LHU Athletics.  The SCC also issues the yearly Student Handbook.  Finally, the SCC operates the Parsons Union Building (PUB) and the university bookstore.
