Principles of Biology I      (BIOL 106)                                                                       Fall 2009

Poster Project Research Topics

You will be choosing one of these topics on which to conduct a research project for the scientific poster presentation (more information will be given).  The library exercise you are conducting in week 2 is directly related to learning to conduct the research for this project.  Your instructor will have a mechanism by which each person will have the opportunity to choose a topic from this list.  If you have a topic of particular interest to you that is not on this list, please discuss it with your instructor.  If it is a valid topic for this project, you will receive permission to pursue it.  You will receive further instructions and time lines for conducting your research on this topic.

When you approach this topic, you must consider it from a biological point of view.  We will discuss this in lab as your project develops.
