Session Format:

This
session will provide the opportunity to explore mathematics in
real-world contexts.
-
Participants
will engage in four activities that explore mathematics in motion.
Handouts with grade level modifications and adaptations will be
provided for each activity that can be used in your classroom.

You
need not have experience with the CBL/CBRs to attend. Presenters
will demonstrate how to use the equipment and provide step by step
written instructions for all activities.

All
equipment, calculators, and materials will be provided. However,
please bring your TI-83 or TI-83+ calculator so that the activity
programs can be installed for your future classroom use.
Presenters will also demonstrate how to share these programs with
other calculators.
