Case Study

As I was browsing through some article in a case study book, I came across some very outrageous predictions that were made about the future of our planet. Unrealistically, Ehrlich predicted that by the end of the 1970s, life on earth would be catastrophic and near impossible to live in.

Fortunately, we are still alive. There are fish in the water. We are not starving and to some extent, we can breath all right. Most of Ehrlich’s predictions were far, far off. With the establishment of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in the 1970s, all of those aspects were regulated. Most of his predictions may not have been true but it made a lot of citizens now concerned about the population control and pollutants.
