Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk
The Teaching Track and Sport Administration students in the Health and Physical Education Department organize a 5K run/walk in late November each year. Students develop leadership and event planning skills, as well as sales and marketing skills by working with numerous internal, local and regional sponsors including Lowes, WalMart, Sheetz, the State College Spikes and Split Rock Water Park.The proceeds benefit a charity of the students' choice and have included the following recipients:
