Lady Eagle Soccer's Rangi Earns All-Northeast Region Nod

(Lock Haven, Pa.) - Brooke Rangi (Kawerau, New Zealand/Kawerau College), a junior member of the Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania women’s soccer team, was selected as a First Team member of the NCAA Division II All-Northeast Region team as recently released.
Rangi, a junior defender, makes her second-straight appearance as a First Team All-Northeast Region pick, earning similar honors last season as a forward. A two-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) selection, Rangi also earned Second Team All-America accolades as a forward last season.  This season, Rangi changed gears and helped direct a defense that allowed 1.91 goals per game and registered four shutouts. In addition to her defensive skills, she was the team’s third highest scorer with five goals and four assists added to the offensive efforts.
