All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division honors as
selected by the league’s head coaches. Juniors Lynn

sophomores Heather Johnson
(Williamsport/Williamsport) and Courtney
Hughes (Schwenksville/Souderton) were selected to the All-PSAC West Second

For starting centerfielder Lynn Spiezio, this marks the third time in as many years she has
received such an honor, being selected as first-team member in 2003 and
second-team in 2002. Spiezio was the
conference leader in stolen bases, logging 27 of 28 over the season.

(31), and hits (60). Her totals in
at-bats, hits, and stolen bases each place her third on the Haven’s single

Haven in multiple-hit games (17) and had assembled a 10-game hitting streak
during the season.
Junior Kelly Deitrick makes
her first appearance on the All-PSAC West list after turning in a standout
season as a designated player. Deitrick batted .331 for the season, including
12 multiple hit games, and drew the most walks (14) while at the plate. She
logged seven doubles and had one homer, and her 27 RBI ranked second on the
team.
Also making their first appearances as All-PSAC players are second-team
selections Heather Johnson and Courtney
Hughes. Johnson, a second-team pick at second base, was second only to
Spiezio with a .333 batting average. Over
the season, Johnson produced a team best 10 doubles and tallied 15 multiple hit
games. She posted a .944 fielding
percentage with 62 assists and 74 putouts.
Shortstop Courtney Hughes
produced a team high of 28 RBI from the plate, putting the sophomore Lady Eagle
seventh on the single-season list in the category.
She had a team best six home runs and was able to rack up seven
multiple-RBI outings along with a hitting steak of nine games. On
the field, Hughes led the team in assists with 97 and added 72 putouts for a
.918 fielding percentage.
