LOCK HAVEN, Pa.-
The Lock Haven University men’s cross country team is ranked number 11 in
the country according to the NCAA Division II National cross country
rankings, released on Sept. 20.
It is the second week in a row that the
Haven has been ranked 11th in the country. The team is coming off
an impressive victory at Kutztown University on
Sept. 11 where the Haven swept the top five spots in the race.
In 2003 the Lock Haven harriers captured both
the PSAC and East region titles before finishing 16th at the 2003
NCAA Championships.
The Bald Eagles will be back in action as they
travel to Southern Indiana University on Sept. 25, at
11 a.m. for the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet.
