Blair Wynne picked up NEC Player of the Week honors.

SOMERSET, N.J. – Senior Blair Wynne (Arima, Trinidad & Tobago/Sangre Grande) of the Lock Haven University field hockey team has been named Northeast Conference (NEC) Player of the Week for her recent efforts in leading the Lady Eagles to a 1-1 week.
Wynne, the reigning NEC Player of the Year was the leader of Lock Haven’s offense this week contributing six points in two games, including a goal and an assist in both contests.
In the 2-1 win over Pacific Wynne scored the first goal of the match to put LHU up 1-0. She also added the helper with just 35 seconds left in the game, setting up the thrilling game-winner.
In a loss to Kent State she had one goal and an assist
Wynne leads the team with eight points (three goals and two assists) in four games.
This is the second straight week where a Lady Eagle has taken home the NEC Player of the Week honor.
