Men’s soccer draws with Molloy 1-1 on the road
 

Doug Moran in action for the Bald Eagles, he four shots for the Bald Eagles coming off the bench tonight.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. – The Lock Haven University men’s soccer team (2-3-1) earned a hard fought 1-1 draw on the road at Molloy College (1-3-1) tonight.

With the result the Bald Eagles extend their unbeaten streak to three matches.

Freshman Greg Shertzer (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) put The Haven up 1-0 in the 83rd minute.

Molloy would however come back and tie the contest in the final minute of regulation.

After twenty minutes of overtime the score remained deadlocked.

LHU goalie Billy Trimble (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) made 13 saves in net tonight.

Lock Haven returns to action on Sunday, Sept. 14 at 2 p.m. on the road at Mercy College.
