ERIE, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men’s basketball team (3-16, 1-5 PSAC West) fell to Gannon University (16-2, 5-1 PSAC West) 90-53 tonight on the road in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western division action.
The Bald Eagles were led by four players, whom scored in double figures.
Senior Billy Arre (Pittsburgh, Pa./Thomas Jefferson) led all Bald Eagle players with a team-high12 points. He also grabbed two boards and swiped five steals.
Warren Chrisitan (Baltimore, Md./Catonsville C.C.) had another strong showing inside for Lock Haven as he closed in on another double-double. Christian scored 10 points and grabbed seven of his game-high eight rebounds on defense.
Senior guards Kelvin McClean (Newport News Va./Heritage) and David Blackwell (Teaneck, N.J./Teaneck) each added 10 points for the Bald Eagles in the contest.
Gannon had three players score in double figures.
The Knights were lead offensively by Tyler Stoczynski and his game-high 21 points.
The Bald Eagles return to action when they travel to Clarion University on Wednesday, Feb. 4. The contest is scheduled for an 8 p.m. start.
