LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Senior Chelsea Morse (Beaver Dams, N.Y./Campbell-Savona) of the Lock Haven University women’s track & field team has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women’s Field Athlete of the Week.

Morse, a three-time All-American in the high jump continued to dominate that event. She picked up the win at the Susquehanna Invite on Saturday with a mark of 5-7 matching her season-best performance, which keeps ranked No. 3 in the PSAC.

Morse wasn't done there and followed up her height jump win with another victory in the long jump. She hit her season-best in the event with a mark of 16-11.25, which puts her in the top-10 of the conference.

Morse and the rest of the track & field teams return to action on Friday & Saturday, Feb. 13-14 at several different venues. The Haven will be represented at the Cornell Multis and Boston University’s St. Valentine Invitational.
