LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Recently, the Lock Haven University men’s soccer team took time to honor the Bald Eagles distinguished alumni with a special day of spring soccer action.
The Bald Eagles welcomed back their alumni and also welcomed East Stroudsburg University, including the Warriors Alumni to Hubert Jack Stadium.
The LHU-ESU connection was established to honor the traditional Pennsylvania soccer powers and all their past greats.
The day was broke into four separate games with LHU playing its alumni, ESU playing its alumni, the two alumni squads playing each other and the day was closed out with LHU’s current squad taking on the current ESU team in spring action.
LHU and ESU, both perennial powers have accounted for 39 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships.
Lock Haven has won 20 conference championships, while ESU has 19.
