LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Senior Kristin Erb (Reading, Pa./Exeter Township) of the No. 3 Lock Haven University softball team has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Central Division Pitcher of the Week for her recent efforts on the way to a 4-0 mark in the circle.
It marks the sixth consecutive week, where Erb has picked up this honor.
Erb closed out the regular season with a 4-0 week, with all four wins coming against PSAC Central opponents
Erb’s 4-0 week helped LHU clinch the PSAC Central Division Regular season title, as the Lady Eagles wrapped up a 15-1 campaign.
Lock Haven’s ace pitched 25 total innings and recorded a 0.28 ERA.
Erb gave up only 13 hits and one earned run.
Her strikeout to walk ratio was a phenomenal 31-to-4.
She helped the opposition to a .151 batting average.
Erb also helped her own cause in a big way, going .417 at the plate with five RBIs.
